Cantine Elvio Tintero Bianco, 2024 potato vodka 20% Cabernet SauvignonThis wine is made of 50% Favorita (Vermentino), 35% Arneis, 10% Chardonnay, and 5% Moscato (Muscat). We would pair this with a grilled chicken salad, with fresh heirloom tomatoes and a tangerine vinaigrette. The wine is a blend of fermented Favorita, Arneis, and Chardonnay, and is blended with unfermented Moscato, in order to kickstart a "second" fermentation. As expected, the wine is slightly bubbly and off dry, with bright apple and pear flavors.
